Baby Axolotl looking for their forever home Morphs/colours available: *Wild color $15 *GFP Wild $20 *Golden Albino $15 *GFP Golden Albino $20 Axolotl make brilliant, unique, aquatic pets. They are super interactive, fun to watch and can even be trained to sit in your hands. They’re critically endangered in the wild and one of the most scientifically studied salamander in the world. In the state of Florida they’re fully legal to own without any permit or license as long as they’ve come from the pet trade and not caught/harvested from the wild. *They are cold water salamanders so no heater required. *They need 20gallons for one and an extra 10gallons for each additional and can be housed alone or in groups. *They eat earthworms/night crawlers which Walmart carry, or you can feed Axolotl pellets that can be found online. *Can’t be housed with most fish. They’re pretty hardy creatures that have amazing regeneration abilities. They can regrow entire limbs, their tail and even part of their head and brain!! Each baby has been raised in their own individual tub so they have no nips or limbs missing. They will go to their new home in their tub, which they can happily live in while you set up a tank for them. Also some of the food they’re currently eating. Happy to talk you through any care instructions, how to set up a tank for them or any questions you may have. We have normal colours/morphs and also GFP ones available. This stands for “Green Fluorescent Protein” and have bright green eyes and glow under black light! Photos of some babies and a couple adults.
