Seeking a female dog under 35 pounds

Hello, my grand mom is moving into a senior place and she can have a small dog under 35 pounds. I'm afraid the dog will be her second grandchild (smile). Breed doesn't matter, just as long as it's healthy, and doesn't bark excessively, and is not a long-haired dog. Dog will be well-taken care of, and will visit a vet as needed. Prefer a dog already spayed.
