Just Between Friends Spring Sale: March 25-27, 2021 Thank you for your interest in vendor space at Wilkes Barre's Just Between Friends sale, March 25-27, 2021. Just Between Friends is a twice-yearly pop-up consignment store, where local families come together to shop, sell, and save on items for their growing families. If you have a family-friendly business, this is for you! Vendor booths give you the opportunity to put your service or product in front local families, parents, and expectant mothers. These vendor spots are currently filled: Wednesday: Thursday: Friday: Saturday: •Please fill out this form in its entirety. After you purchase your spot you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite immediately. If there is a problem with your registration, I will personally contact you within 2-3 days. We only allow one vendor from each company/business per event. However, at JBF's discretion, we may allow multiple vendors of a certain product at the event (for ex: multiple jewelry vendors). Masks are required at all times inside of the store. We ask that you please supply hand sanitizer for shoppers and disinfecting wipes at your table for the duration of your time at the sale. Electric is sparsely available if needed. Please bring a 50' extension cord with you. Tables and chairs are not provided; please bring your own. Booth size is 10ft x 10ft. You are free to come and go as you please; you do not need to be present for the entire sale. However, JBF cannot accept any payments for you from customers while you are or are not attending your booth. Vendor Spots are given first come, first serve. Set up is one hour before the sale opens and breakdown is for one hour after the sale closes (if you plan to stay for multiple days, your breakdown time is one hour after the end of your stay). You can choose to register for any number of days that you would like at $50/day. Or you can choose to register for all 4 days of the sale for $150: a savings of $50! This is for safety and liability reasons. - You are solely responsible for the manning, operation, setup, and breakdown of your booth. - JBF is providing a means for you to drive your own sales; JBF makes no guarantees of sales. - JBF will permit only one vendor booth per company/product. Exceptions may apply. - All booths must be completely removed no later than 1 hour after the sale closes on the day of your booth rental. I agree to hold harmless Just Between Friends, Inc., JBF of Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, LLC, Wyoming Valley Mall, Wilkes Barre, PA and sponsoring organizations and volunteers from any and all liabilities and damages to and from my product. I understand that there are no refunds once I have submitted payment for the upcoming JBF event. I understand that Just Between Friends will make every effort to ensure that my items are kept safe, but I understand that Just Between Friends and its participants and volunteers cannot ensure or guarantee that this will be the case. This includes, but is not limited to: cash registers, computer equipment, televisions, MC/Visa equipment, products, etc. I understand and agree to abide by the Vendor Guidelines outlined above. I understand that I am fully responsible for my own product & equipment, while on the premises of the JBF event. I am solely responsible for the collection of all monies owed to me, and the timely reporting and payment of any applicable sales tax due to any required entity. We offer full event booths as well as daily booths. Is my registration refundable? -No, there are no refunds on vendor registrations and they are not transferrable. What if my business is not listed for the booth tickets? -If your business is not listed, please select "other" and after registering send an email to [email protected] with the name of your company.
