Need to rehome Red Tail Boa

Unfortunately, I’m looking to find a new home for my red tail boa. I’ve gone off to school, and it’s been hard for my dad to take care of my snakes, so I’m looking to downsize. She’s about 5-6 years old, eating jumbo rats about once every 2 weeks. She comes with a 40 gallon tank with a heat pad, but would love for her to go to someone who has a bigger enclosure for her. I also have a humidifier for her cage if you’d like, she’s never had a bad shed. I’m not 100% sure she’s a female, but that’s what I was told by the breeder, and she is het.
