Description

I'm a seasoned bass player for many years looking for a working cover band. I know thousands of songs from the 60's to current. Rock, hard rock, metal, top 40, dance, R&B. I know lots of drop tuning stuff too if that's needed. I see some of the posts on here and have to laugh a little. I'm not sure what saying Pre-COV19 means but since last April not too many bands have been doing much. I can count them on one hand and I mean bands over 3 pieces. I use to say a working cover band doing 3-4 gigs per month but now once a month. Not soon to be gigging or almost there. The band must be gigging currently. I'm just trying to avoid wasting time like a few of my "pre-COV19" bands. I'm fine with filling in as well if needed with one practice. I'm also not looking to just practice and practice and practice for the next practice. The level of skill I'm looking for shouldn't need to be practicing all the time. Once every two weeks or once a month and weekends are for family or gigs, not practice. I may seem picky but I'm not looking for any old band that will accept me. In these times it would be fair to say filling in is more realistic. I get up to speed fast even if it's a new song. Most of what I know are the traditional songs you hear bands play that get people dancing but my catalog is pretty long. Let me know what's going on.
