Founder and CEO, Frank Lisenbee has over 36 years of experience leading teams and managing organizations. As a Senior Noncommissioned Officer in the United States Air Force, he served in numerous senior leadership positions including Superintendent of DoD’s largest dental activity and interim Command Chief at Wilford Hall Medical Center. Before establishing GLM, Frank served in several additional leadership positions to include DoD Occupational Analyst, Texas and Louisiana District Manager at Ocean Dental, Chief Operations Officer at Sole Support, and Practice Director at Health Texas Medical Group. He is a nationally-published author and his many career awards include the USAF Dental Noncommissioned Officer of the Year. Frank is a graduate of every level of the Air Force’s Noncommissioned Officers’ academies and holds degrees in Dental Sciences, Organizational Management, and Human Resource. His numerous career awards include the USAF Dental Noncommissioned Officer of the Year. Erica McDonald holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio and has worked as a HR Generalist, Staffing Consultant, and Human Resources Consultant for various industries. Her experience ranges across all facets of personnel management to include recruiting, training & development, compliance auditing, and compensation. Erica also has several years of experience with high-level medical professional recruiting and most recently served as the Human Resource Manager for a large medical group in San Antonio with over 270 providers and support staff.
