This class is a yoga class structured to calm the mind and body through breath control (Pranayama), gentle movement (Asana), meditation (Dhyana) and sometimes chanting with intention. Connect your mind with your body, deepen your breath and end your day with intention and awareness. The goal is emphasizing the importance of listening to your body, your inner teacher, your true self.
NEW GUIDELINES:
1.) You must sign up for class! Space is limited to 15 people. Sign up sheet opens when the previous class has ended.
2.) Masks will be required. Please wear your mask at all times in the studio. If you forget yours, we are happy to provide a disposable mask free of charge.✨✌️
3.)Please bring your own mat/props/water! There will NOT be any available to borrow at this time.
4.) If you feel sick, please do not come to class. Also, please wait two weeks before attending a class if you have been in contact with someone who tests positive with COVID or have been on a flight or travelled to a high risk area.
5.) Leave all personal belongings in your car. We will only be storing shoes at this time.
6.)Place your yoga mat on a marked spot, following the social distancing guidelines. 💜
7.) Try your best to stay 6ft apart from others while in space.
8.)No lingering, socializing after class (inside the space).. This may be done outside in the fresh air! 🍃
