I have a mother cat and her baby that need a good home. The back story on the mother cat is I took her in 2 years ago with 4 babies in tow and found a home for the kittens when they were weaned but the mother cat stayed with me. Then in March of 2020 she ran out the door one night when I came home and was out on her own till I saw her one night 5 months later when I was feeding the feral cats at my condo complex. She slowly recognized me and began coming to be fed. I was able to get her fixed along with 15 other feral cats that I feed every night. While I had her in my house after being fixed, I noticed that it appeared she had been nursing kittens. I remembered that a guy had told me he had a mother cat and 2 kittens hiding in his building so I asked him what the mother cat looked like and sure enough it was Kitty. He said that the mother cat had gone missing the last couple of days. I showed him a pic and he confirmed it was the cat that had been at his house. I was able to catch the kitten and re-unite it with the mother cat. However, as of Jan. 1 I have a new landlord and the lease states that there are no pets allowed inside or outside the condo and he does not even offer the option of a pet deposit. I would love to find a good home for this mother and kitten. I do not want to have to take them to a shelter. Can you open your heart and adopt them and give them a loving home?
