Love brunch and yoga? This Sunday morning session is the perfect way to do both!

Join Sheri Vettel, Integrative Dietitian and Yoga Teacher, for Food & Flow yoga at Southend Brewing Co. The classes will be all-levels friendly and are designed with stretching, gentle movements, and relaxation in mind. We'll connect to strength, move alongside our breath, and have lots of fun, too! Each ticket includes one mimosa. Following the yoga session we will have a speciality brunch menu provided for attendees to order from (not included in ticket price). *** Please bring your own mat and any props needed (towels, blankets, blocks)
Social distancing is a must! The class is outdoors and all mats will be spaced 6 feet. No hands on adjustments will be offered. Masks required and temperature checks upon arrival.
