These practices improve your state of being, state of performing, and overall ability to show up in areas of your life. $10 donation includes guided support, community interaction, safe environment, and coffee/ tea. Meditation & Breathwork is a proven way to enhance the way you think, behave, and interact with the world and your intentions in life. Mingling & Social Connection is an additional proven method to enhance our connection to ourselves and the environment around us. These practices improve your state of being, state of performing, and overall ability to show up in areas of your life. In this session, Kevin will guide you to feel the evident benefits of meditation and guide you through breathwork to see more of yourself. Think less. BE more. Breathing is life. Unleash the warrior within you with mindful breathing:✨💨 Breathing for Awareness Breathing in and out nurtures mindfulness and it strengthens mind concentration and stimulates compassion, awakening each person’s true nature.🌬 💨Breathing for Relaxation The breath is always with you. When you practice meditation and breathing you gain a skill you can calmly observe and respond to the world around you, rather than mindlessly reacting to events in your daily life.🕉💨 Breathing to Let Go of Negativity Everyone may have difficult thoughts, feelings, and memories- they are part of life. Recognize negative thoughts and let them pass instead of identifying with them and giving them more power than they deserve. ❌💨 Breathing to Learn about Your Body By following the breath as it courses through your body you learn how your body feels.
