Lost or Stolen Little Girls Backpack

My little girl was helping me drive one of the ride on carts at Costa Mesa Harbor Blvd Target Friday night at 8:30pm. She had a teal fuzzy backpack on and we think she set in in the ride on cart basket and then we went to our van and left it there. She had an ipod and some sentimental items in it. The camera footage from Target shows us leaving the store with it on her back but then we drove the cart to an empty spot and must have left it in the ride on cart. I feel bad because she might not have taken it off if we were using the other push cart, but I really needed the ride on cart. Hope someone will return it to Target, Harbor Blvd since it was in a Target cart. Thank you $30 reward for return, no questions asked.
