We've been doing this class for a few weekends and the weather has been perfect. Come out, meet other moms, and reset. We deserve it. 🧘‍♀️💧🌳 Please note that this is an outdoor practice. You should bring a mat, water, towel, and any props you think you may need. Participants will be spread out in order to practice social distancing.
