Seeking Dog&House Sitter

I am posting this incredibly early. I am seeking someone for a week this fall (september or october) to stay at my house and take care of my two dogs. I would want to hire this same person for some overnights or smaller trips before that time so that they can get used to the dogs/house before I am away for a week. Ideal candidate would be a Williams College student or staff (my place is walking distance from campus). The dogs are a black lab and an italian greyhound. I have a fenced in yard so they would not need to be walked as frequently during the time I'm away. Experience with dogs is required- my big one although very friendly is large, pulls on the leash, and is not good with other dogs besides the italian greyhound. The little one is a constant snuggler, but gets into trouble and will try to eat your shoes, backpack, probably have an accident in the house, etc. Pay is flexible and competitive with extra considerations for food costs or driving times. References required.
