Description

Kids competition at CrossFit Lamar Kids ages 6 to 12 years old~ Grab a friend and come out to test your fitness; all while having a day of fun with your friends & family!! Team of 2 can be same-sex or coed. Standards will be basic body movements & age appropriate fitness skills. More specific standards will be posted later with workouts in the weeks to come. Only 8 teams per age division will be available until further notice. Age brackets: (6-8) & (9-12) Registration is $90 per team
