Be Love !! Yoga Pair Come with a friend , with your love , there is no limitations just a person with you want to share the practice. Join us in The Joinery of Lakeland , after the practice lets cheer with a glass of wine, celebrating connection, union and LOVE !!! This practice is for dig in connection and transcend the limits of what we call "I" to become "We". You know that when you enter the 4 corners of your yoga mat, you’re in a safe space. Choosing to practice with a partner means letting that person into your sacred safe space, which in and of itself requires trust. As you move from pose to pose, and especially into the more challenging balancing and weight-bearing poses, you and your partner are required to trust each other to enter the poses in order to let go of what you cannot control. Bring Your Own Mat (BYOM) or we will provide to you also. This class is for every body shape and all ages.
