Looking for help building hutch/coop

Hi, I am looking for some assistance in building an outdoor hutch/coop/run for some guinea pigs. I'm looking to build a standard raised house with a ramp for them to go into. Along with fencing all around and on top to prevent predators from getting in and to keep them contained. The first two pictures I included is the general idea for what I'm interested in but doesn't have to be exact. The last picture is the space where I plan to build it in. Obviously it's going to be cleared out and I'm also looking to get some grass in there. I was thinking of obtaining some grass squares but not the artificial kind. I'm not an expert and am open to other ideas if you have any recommendations for this project. I will be paying for all materials, and am looking for some help in assisting with plans
