I am looking for 2 fellow craftsmen to share the rent of a larger warehouse / office space. On Craigslist there are several buildings available in the 900.00 to 1000.00 monthly rent. 3 persons could split the rent and utilities (elec) so it would be cheaper to have. One space is listed at $1000.00 for 2000 ft. (small office). Split 3 ways is economical for all. This would not be a partnership but 3 separate guys doing their own thing.
