Looking for electrical/mechanical/engineer for business idea

I have come up with a simple idea to improve the sport of fencing without changing any of the rules. This idea makes the sport more fun and less annoying. It would be a simple modification onto an existing system. I have connections already for who we could sell to. I just don't have any electrical engineering, or mechanical knowledge for building it and I'm terrible at math. I think it wouldn't be that difficult of problem to solve for someone electronically inclined. I will not share my idea with you until I get to know you, know your credentials, and information on what you've built. I am the creator of the clothing brand Anti.biz which is unrelated, but maybe show you that this idea could be very good. I believe this could be a very easy multi million dollar business that would not take much work to R&D with not much upfront cost. Please only serious replies.
