LOST CAT black fluffy

I am heartsick and afraid it is too late at this point to find my cat who disappeared on November 4 after we moved to an apartment in Corvallis. She grew up feral so I was not surprised when I caught her on camera sneaking in to eat her food at night, but fleeing at the first sound of approaching footsteps. I was gobsmacked when I learned after rigging up a way to trap her inside that it was not my cat at all, but a neighbor's, who is so like my cat in appearance and personality that I feel like I've been living in an O Henry story. I don't know if there is any hope of connecting with her at this late date, especially as she is very shy of humans. I suspect she has returned to her feral origins but hope that she may seek out human assistance if she is desperate. She has three white splotches on her chest/belly that are very hard to see unless she is relaxed enough to roll over and expose her belly. She also has a tattoo in her left ear indicating she has been spayed; it is also difficult to see. I greatly appreciate any information anyone may have about her. Thanks.
