How it works: RSVP by February 3rd for our pairing and on the Thursday/Friday before the Super Bowl, we will send you home with a prepackaged bundle of four beers carefully paired with award winning cheese from Pine River Dairy and an assortment of crackers and pretzels. This $30 package also includes tasting note cards to help you keep track of your favorites. The Pairings: Red Ale Cheddar & Resorter Red - Enjoy a SwithGear, Masters Gallery and Pine River collaboration. This paring matches the beer cheese you’ve enjoyed in our taproom for 4 years and our Restorer Red Ale, a deep amber beer that starts with a caramel sweetness and moves to a toasted finish, body and flavor. Jalapeno Cheddar & Corner 5 SMASH Pale Ale - Delight in this combination of Golden Cheddar cheese, spiced with lively jalapeno and bell peppers and our Corner 5 SMASH Pale Ale. Race enthusiasts will know the reference, and trust us, this collision of Vienna Malt and Citra hops is just as dangerous. Swiss Almond & Fat Cheeks Nut Brown - Sliced almonds highlight the delicious flavor of Swiss Cheese and when paired with our Nut Brown, its just fantastic. Fat Cheeks rich, deep mahogany color, malt forward flavor profile balances notes of biscuit, mild cocoa and earth hops is the perfect match for this Swiss Almond cheese.  Smokey Bacon & Par 3 Pilsner - This hearty cheddar cheese spread has a delicious, hickory-smoked bacon flavor that is complemented by our refreshing traditional pale, crisp Pilsner.
