Let's make some doom/sludge!

Hey guys! I'm a 36 year old dude who wants to make some loud, heavy music. Me and my family recently moved from TX, and I had *just* been successful in getting a group together there right before we moved.... so would like to try here too! Previous project was a sludgy doom band. We were shooting for something like Bongzilla, Thou, Sleep, a slower version of High on Fire, Black Tomb, Monolord, Church of Misery.... with some dystopian Sci-Fi themes. Hopefully you get the idea. Harsh vocals, some spacey stoner didgeridoo stuff, heavy slow music. I was doing vocals (and lyrics), didgeridoo, some guitar with the band. Slow heavy stuff is my passion but I also dig thrash and some melodic death metal, so would be interested in doing some blackened thrash stuff too... think Skeletonwitch, Goatwhore, Power Trip, etc. Goal is to have fun, record some songs, and maybe play some local gigs once Covid calms down, but no aspirations to become the next big thing or tour.... I have a kid and a busy day job etc. Potentially could play / rehearse at my place with some social distancing precautions (just a bit north of downtown Philadelphia), or could bounce ideas back and forth digitally (have used Garageband pretty extensively, would be willing to use other software if needed).
