Very playful Maltese puppies

Hi, I have a male purebred Maltese pup. He’s 12 weeks old and vaccinated with record on hand. Has soft and and fluffy coat with blue eyes. He’s the mellow type but still enjoys playing. LOVES kids. Let’s you know when he needs to go out to use the bathroom and he knows to go on the pad if no one is home for a long time. He understands when you’re tired and in a bad mood and will bring his toys to you or just lay on your legs. Very wise for his age lol, needs a home because landlord won’t let us keep him. I lost my lab mix on the 13th around 2pm near Dillons in Junction. He doesn't usually come to strangers but if you see him please let me know..he has never gone missing for more than 30 min and I'm very worried about him. He is microchipped and has a blue collar with black tags. He has longish fur and is about 40 pounds medium size. He also has a shorter length tail. Lost cat near N 27 st and folkways area Small (about 6 pounds) tabby with orange and white. Last seen with harness that looks like a dress but may have slipped out of it. Name is Loretta.
