We welcome you to join us for our Second Hard Seltzer/Food pairing!!! Try the Hard Seltzers from the Nation's and Colorado's First Independent Hard Seltzer Company paired with dishes prepared by Chef Charity Phillips! Charity is a local chef that owns Nourish. She loves cooking delicious food that is a fusion of seasonal flavors and local ingredients. All of her food is made from scratch with whole foods and no preservatives. We will be serving a four-course meal with a starter, appetizer, main course and finishing with a dessert. Warm-up: Charcuterie w/ White Cheddar, Blueberry Goat Cheese, Proscuitto and Crackers App: Lobster Bisque Main: Beef Tenderloin w/ Basil Aoli and Potatoes Au Gratin Dessert: Strawberry Shortcake w/ Grand Marnier Whipped Cream Every dish will be paired with one of our made-in-house hard seltzers. All of our seltzers are 100% natural, GMO free, Sugar free, Carb free and only 100 calories per 12oz serving! Three 4oz Seltzers and one 12oz Seltzer will be included with the pairing. Cocktail Included: Apres Ski (Hot Coffee) or Hotter Chocolate (Hot Chocolate)
