Vinyasa and Vibrations is an all levels vinyasa flow combined with the magic of Tibetan and gemstone crystal sound healing bowls. Join us as we flow to the music of our own hearts. This all levels gentle vinyasa class is meant to awaken the magic of our own being, the mystical force of the heart chakra. When in balance, the heart is abundant and free. It is joyful, it is forgiving, and it is incredibly powerful. All too often, we miss the nature of the heart due to stress, worry, and negative self-talk. Join us as we seek to awaken this intelligent space deep within through movement, sound, imagery, and more! The magic of the singing bowls reorganizes the cellular structures of the entire being and resets the aura so that you feel clear, relaxed, and rejuvenated. The gemstone singing bowls contain metaphysical properties that are amplified with the sound, allowing your entire energetic make up to be rewired to receive higher vibrations. This enables intentions to manifest more quickly and life becomes a beautiful symphony of synchroncities. These are held once/month.
