Testing Center - Appointment Only Testing Center at Jordan Valley Medical Center Appointment Scheduling and Instructions: Testing by appointment: Choose the time slot within Eventbrite you wish to reserve. (Please note we have limited number of appointments per time slot to avoid having a crowd of people in our testing area at any one point in time.) Once you arrive to the facility, please pull up to the Inpatient Entrance for your appointment time and remain in your car. An employee will come out to verify and your I.D. and your registration. If more than one person in your vehicle needs to be tested, please schedule a separate appointment for each person who needs a test. Please Note: This is a testing service only and NOT intended to provide medical evaluation or treatment. If you are in need of a medical examination, or if you would like to see a medical provider or are seeking treatment for a medical condition, please go to an emergency department or call your primary care doctor.
