COVID Testing Appointments at Mountain Point Medical Center COVID Testing at Mountain Point Medical Center Appointment Booking and Instructions: Testing by appointment: If you are being tested due to a procedure you have scheduled, no appointment is necessary. If you have any of the symptoms listed below, please schedule a testing appointment. Close contact with confirmed positive case of COVID-19 within the last 14 daysCoughShortness of breathFeverSore throatMuscle achesChills and repeated shakingDecreased sense of smell/tasteCongestion or runny noseNausea or vomitingHeadacheDiarrheaIt is preferred that you have a physician's order for testing. If you present to the testing site without a physician order but meet CDC and State Health Department criteria for testing, an affiliated Mountain Point physician will order the test. Instructions for testing by appointment: Choose the time slot within Eventbrite you wish to reserve. (Please note we have limited number of appointments per time slot to help reduce wait times).Once you've reserved your appointment, you will receive a link to patient forms that need to be completed before your testing time. Completing the forms before your scheduled time will make the testing process go more quickly.Once you arrive to the facility, please pull up to our drive thru testing line.Wait in your car. A staff member will come out to your vehicle to obtain your registration forms and perform your test. All testing at Mountain Point is done via a nasal swab. This is a COVID testing service only and not intended to provide medical evaluation or treatment.
