About Elizabeth Cirelli: Liz was born and raised in Windsor, Connecticut and moved out west to Colorado during her teenage years. After graduating high school in 1996, she attended the University of Northern Colorado, Colorado State University, and also obtained her Aesthetician’s License at Cosmetology School. She moved back east after completing her undergrad studies and later completed her Master’s of Education in Counseling Psychology through Cambridge College in Massachusetts. She enjoys warm weather and spending her time outside doing anything from hiking, kayaking, hanging out at the beach, camping, watching the sunset, and staring at the stars. She also enjoys the company of great friends, practicing yoga, meditation, and going out to eat. She is married to her loving husband Mike, has an older brother, and loves her little niece and nephew more than words could describe. She currently resides in Manchester, New Hampshire. Liz spent 18 years in the Mental Health field working as a Licensed Psychotherapist in various agencies and private practice. She also held her School Guidance Counselor Certification and worked in schools as well. She specialized in working with individuals struggling with the impacts of trauma, anxiety, and depression. Liz has worked with children as young as the age of 4 all the way through adults 65+. She managed a heavy caseload while also collaborating with doctors, courts, probation officers, and school officials so her clients received the best well-rounded treatment she could provide for them. Liz eventually left the mental health field and set her sights on more holistic practices to build upon her already large wealth of knowledge and expertise. She became trained as a Certified Yoga Teacher, Master Level Reiki Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, and Life Coach. She currently runs her own company, Elizabeth Cirelli Holistic Services, and is currently taking clients. She recently got back to writing, which had always been a childhood passion of hers, and has co-published her second book with Blair Hayse Publishing. In addition, she is a Sales Representative with Blair Hayse Publishing! She continues to focus on her personal memoir with hopes to publish it in the future.
