Mikey will focus on barbecuing in our cold, Chicago weather! He will walk you through a menu of delicious BBQ favorites and give you tips and tricks to making amazing BBQ in winter conditions and cold weather! He will share his wealth of knowledge on cooking styles and equipment as you enjoy a meal of his amazing creations that can be done even in frigid temperatures!

**Everyone is required to wear masks at all times other than drinking and eating. Class sizes are reduced and we practice social distancing to keep everyone safe!
Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account if you cancel after the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.
