Stuck in a rut on what to make for dinner? Tired of that weekly meal planning? Join us for a little inspiration for quick weeknight meals! We will work together on recipes that your whole family will love and will satisfy everyone's tastebuds! We will go over tips and tricks to make weeknight meal planning painless. Quick, easy, and something for everyone? What's not to love?! Menu: One-Pan Pork Tenderloin and Veggies Mediterranean Beef Skillet Vegetarian Ratatouille and Creamy Polenta What To Expect: Hands On Class Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking. You will work with other guests in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor. Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class Work others to prepare each dish from start to finish Classes are roughly 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class Cooking classes are conducted in our state of the art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor. Wine, beer and Soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB) Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class FOOD ALLERGIES If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, that we can work around we will PLEASE add any info we may need to know about in your order notes or call us at 630-395-9958 at least 1 day in advance. We can not make any substitutions the day of class. Thank you for understanding. **Everyone is required to wear masks at all times other than drinking and eating. Class sizes are reduced and we practice social distancing to keep everyone safe! Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account if you cancel after the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.
