Learn about activities you can do in your home to increase your strength and manual dexterity while building up your firearm skills Firearms Fitness - many of us know that shooting is a sport, and a physical activity. This session will address ways you can increase your firearms skills' related strength, flexibility and manual dexterity all the while improving your handgun fundamental skills! Range Drills will focus on techniques for loading and unloading your magazine and chambering a round and clearning a round - effective for dealing with malfunctions and defensive shooting skills. Range Session 1 - Level 2 5:00-5:20 Range Session 2 - Level 1 5:20 - 5:50 Range Session 3 - Level 3 6:00 - 6:20 Range Session 4 - Level 2 6:30 - 6:50 Meeting check in at 6:45 and run from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
