We are dedicated to providing an on-going positive relationship with residents and to delivering exceptional customer service to build and sustain the community’s reputation. The successful candidate filling this position will establish a positive rapport by providing personalized customer-oriented service. Responsibilities include meeting with current residents and prospective tenants, conducting tours in person and virtually to present our luxury apartment homes to prospective residents while managing marketing material availability. Answering daily calls and emails while monitoring common areas such as the package concierge area, parking garage, lobby area, community rooms and fitness room are also part of this role. Other tasks will include placing and following up on work orders and processing all documents and ensuring file accuracy. This is a full- time position with rotating Saturday hours. Candidates should possess an Associate’s Degree and 6 months of residential leasing experience is preferred. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a successful leasing team are expected. Bi-lingual (English and Mandarin) is a plus. Candidates should be able to work independently and be able to multi-task based on business need each day. MRI software, MSWord, and Excel skills desired in addition to organizational skills.
