3 year old black lab

I have a very friendly, very loving, crate trained, full blooded black lab that is 3 years old and unfortunately I’m not gonna be able to keep, though this dog is a part of the family now, I cannot continue to allow him to be spending more time in a cage than out of it bc that is no kind of life for a dog his size. His name is Kooper and he has the most friendly nature, is great with kids (I have 3) but is also very energetic so you have to watch for him jumping up when he gets excited is the only thing. He does NOT do it out of meanness in any way, he’s just a baby that gets excited and jumps up when doing so. I want nothing more than to keep this dog but we do not live in a place we are even supposed to have him so it’s very difficult for us and lately we’ve had so much going on that he has spent more time in the cage then out and I absolutely refuse to allow a dog to live like that bc it’s no kind of life for them. I am asking for a $150 rehoming fee to ensure that he goes to a good, loving home that he is wanted at and will be taken care of. He had had some shots but is not currently up to date on them. He will come with the cage and his food and water bowl. Kooper loves to play, loves to be pet and adores being center of attention. He also does great with other dogs, he’s been around my chihuahua and has always done just fine with her. This dog definitely deserves a better life than what we can give to it bc he needs room to be able to run and play. Also he was fixed and has a chip in him but I could never get back in touch with the woman to get the information on his chip so I do not have that info.
