BURLINGTON, MA — As expected, Selectman Michael Runyan joined the race for two seats on the Board of Selectmen, according to an updated candidate list released by Town Clerk Amy Warfield Friday. Runyan joins fellow incumbent Joseph Morandi and Town Meeting Member Shari Ellis in that race. Ellis returned her papers this week, making her the first candidate to do so, according to the updated list. Other candidates who withdrew papers in the last week: Library Trustee Ram R.
