TAMPA, FL — The Moderna COVID-19 vaccine is available at select Tampa Family Health Centers for established patients only. The following established patients are eligible for the vaccine, as outlined in Phase 1 of the executive order issued by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis: Patients ages 65 years and olderPatients who are caregivers, 18 years and olderPatients who are healthcare workers, ages 18 years and older TFHC will contact patients as they become eligible and provide them with additional information on how to schedule their vaccinations. All 15 Tampa Family Health Centers locations are open and operating under normal business hours, including weekend hours available at select locations.
