TAMPA, FL — A 41-year-old Dover man has died following an accident Monday night on Interstate 4. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, around 7 p.m. a 29-year-old Tampa man was driving west on I-4. The Dover man was headed in the same direction in his pickup truck when he changed lanes and the left rear of the truck struck the right front of the 29-year-old's car. The pickup truck rotated and overturned in the center median before colliding with a guardrail. The driver was ejected from the pickup truck and died at the scene.
