Forming punk/ska band for fun

My lady and I are looking to start a punk/ska/pop punk group. Multiple vocal stuff, horns, weird stuff, but with that backbeat and energy we all remember! We're aged, lol. This will be a fun endeavor for those more flavorful among us that remember the best of the best of the punk days. I can cover missing rhythm section instruments as needed while developing songs on demos but I'm best with bass and vocals. I'll dust of the composition chops for horns if we can get people. My better half has a great voice and wants to do save ferris kinda stuff. Covers, originals, whatever anyone wants. Not the end of the world if we can't get it formed but it would be a lot of fun and I'm sure there are plenty of gen x folks (or younger or older) that would love to hang and do something different than watch netflix. Studio space, recording, gigs, gear... all can be arranged if we get something going. Looking forward to replies and ideas! Lets rock!
