I am looking for someone to take over my lease. I am a Master's student at Jacksonville University and currently live at a student housing apartment near JU entitled Jackson Commons. I have a female roommate. My room comes with it's own bathroom. There is also a common area, kitchen and balcony. The apartments are very new, only 2 years old so they are very nice. The lease ends on July 31st and the rent is 820 dollars which includes all amenities. The Jackson Commons has a nice pool and trash service in which the trash is collected outside of your door. I am willing to pay the new tenant 100 dollars a month towards rent.  If you are interested please contact me at [email protected]
