Metal Artist looking for workshop space

I am a metal artist hoping to rent some workshop space for my welding and metal equipment. I need about 500sf and 220V for my welder. Easy access to transport metal in and out is high priority as well as good ventilation. I am willing to share space and tools with responsible parties. I hope to find my tools a new home soon so I can free them from the cramped pod they have been trapped inside for so long!
