NORWALK, CT — Residents of Royaton voted decided on Wednesday that the community's signage rules should not be changed to allow a Black Lives Matter sign to stay up, The Hour reports. According to the publication, the vote decided the sign will be subject to rules that prevent signs from hanging for longer than two weeks. The regulations also prohibit any signs that are "political in nature." Rowayton Sixth Taxing District Commissioner Mike Barbis said in a Facebook post that the Old School Field Fence where the sign hangs is expected to return to its "traditional use" by Jan. 25. >>> Read the full report at The Hour.
