My 2 cents for the whinners that don't have a clue what all a band leader must do to give your butt a gig....
Instead, how about this:
Go start your own band.
Find all the musicians and put up with their complaints and grievances.
You pay for and own all of the PA gear.
You own the van or trailer to haul PA.
You operate the PA.
Rehearse at your house.
You find and book all the gigs for the band.
You handle the taxes and all band business.
You create and manage all band media websites.
