Looking for a wooded or semi wooded property to build a disc golf course on. The sport is growing and there are few dedicated disc golf courses in the area. There is potential money in it for the property owner, as you could charge per round played. Here is an intro page into disc golf if you are unfamiliar: https://www.pdga.com/news/what-disc-golf-guide-parents-kids Usually a course is cleared through the woods, leaving most trees and clearing a few on pathways from tees to baskets. Signs are needed with maps to show the layout, and baskets and tees need to be installed. If you provide the property, our disc golf club will build and provide the rest, and you sit back and collect all the funds and enjoy the never ending entertainment. Approximately 12+ acres are desired. Any expansion into a campground with log cabin rentals would be a bonus, but not necessary...Would be a good way to earn income and I would be willing to help build and manage any and all operations.
