Stolen from our outdoor dog run at our rescue this morning at 8:45 am. Taken from 3846 W Clarendon Ave, Phoenix, 85019 60+ lb female Belgium Malanois mix. Name is Emma. Has on a pink and green collar with green flowers. She is not yet chipped, as we were waiting for her to come out of being in heat, so she can get spayed and chipped. Man walking by lured her over to the edge of the dog run, got her to stick her head by the edge, and then pulled her under- through the fence. Even though he deliberately took her, we are offering a $200 cash reward, no questions asked.
