Responded to a CL posting regarding a mechanic. A guy named Patrick came to ‘fix’ my 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt. No issues but the wheel barrel was loose. He came over and just messed the car up more. I wish I would’ve stood over him while he did the job if I knew that less than a week later the check engine light would be on and the car would be falling apart in a way that it hadn’t before he touched it. Please do not waste your time calling this man. I called his number asking for him to take a look back at the ‘repairs’ he did, and that now the check engine light add was on. No response from him. Complete scam artist, $200 down and now I cannot get around town because I let this garbage person ruin my car. I don’t want anyone else to make the same mistake I did.
