By all means if you can avoid doing business with this company please do. Worst customer service ever. I have had to leave almost a dozen messages just to get one call back. My account is secured by a credit card so no payment issues. Not sure what to make of it just know that I will be finding someone else for gas. I hope this helps someone else when making a choice for a gas provider. Anyone have a good experience they would like to report from another company? Thanks
