Hello, even tho I live in KCK, this post is relevant to all dog owners.
In my neighborhood we have had 4 dogs DOGNAPPED in the past 6 months. All 4 dogs were small, cute and friendly.
A Bischon, for example can run $500+
So, these heartless basterds are stealing dogs for themselves or to sell.
If you have a small dog DO NOT LET IT RUN AROUND UNSUPERVISED!!!
Of the 4 dogs DOGNAPPED here only 1 was returned after a caller in Grandview (25 miles away) called the owner.
