Many of you may need support discussing national events with your children. Children hear and see events on TV and on the radio that they may not understand. Next students will begin the Galileo math assessment. Please do not help your child with this assessment. It is important that the teachers get an accurate assessment of their grade level proficiency. NUSD English Learners Advisory Committee (ELAC) Needs Assessment will be coming to families that speak another language other than English by email this week.
