PHILADELPHIA — A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of people involved in a deadly shooting Wednesday evening in Brewerytown, Philadelphia Police said.
The shooting occurred at about 6:56 p.m. Wednesday on the 3000 block of West Jefferson Street in the Brewerytown neighborhood.
Police said the victim, identified as 25-year-old Milan Loncar, was walking his dog when he was approached by two men who attempted to rob him.
One of the men pulled out a gun during the robbery and then both men went through Loncar's pockets, police said.
That's when the armed man fired one shot into Loncar's chest and both ran off heading west on Jefferson then south on 31st Street, police said.
The suspects are described as both African American men with standing at height. The armed man had a slightly husky build and was wearing a black hooded jacket, black baseball hat, black face covering, black pants, distinct athletic type shoes. The other man was described as thin and wearing a black puffy hooded jacket, white color face covering, light blue colored denim pants with light spots, black ankle high footwear with white soles.
