2. Qigong Meditation
3. Yang Style Tai Chi Form (first 1/3)
In this series, we will learn Qigong Breathing, Meditation, and Movements to reach a calm relaxed state optimal for learning the Yang Style Tai Chi Form.
The Student’s learning will be enhanced by a private Facebook Group called the Golden Chi Ball at no additional cost. There will be reoccurring 6 week series rotating through the various sections of the form.
