Welcome Nosh & Prosecco - Charcuterie Board w/ assorted Meats & Cheese, Assorted Wood Fired Pizza Course 1 - Caesar Salad & Fried Calamari paired with Notorious Pink Grenache Course 2 - Sirgae's Beef Tenderloin Sliders paired with Scandalous One Cabernet Noir Course 3 - Eggplant Parmesan with Roasted Parmesan Potatoes paired with Infamous Gold Cabernet Blanc Course 4 - Cannoli Cookies & Peanut Butter Ganache Tower, Espresso NOTES: The event will be held rain or shine on the back patio (under cover) at Sirgae's in Northwood, WPB.
