LOOKNG FOR A REHEARSAL SPACE

Looking for rehearsal space for a 5 piece band in the Springfield area, equipped or empty space would work. Space must be accessible 24 hours a day and not be in a residential area unless fully soundproof. If I cam find an empty space that I can fully equip for my needs it would then have to be fully private access. If anyone knows of actual rehearsal studios available, I would appreciate a lead. Safe area please with parking preferred, access to restrooms is a must, internet would be a bonus but not a deal-breaker. Willing to share a private space with other bands.
